Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Doji Works. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. Free Trial
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore the full feature set before committing. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.
2. Monthly Plans
If you are on a monthly plan and are charged for the first time after your trial ends, you may request a full refund within 7 days of that charge. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.
3. Annual Plans
If you are on an annual plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial charge. After 14 days, no refunds are issued. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your annual period.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@doji.works with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
6. Cryptocurrency Payments
All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, we are unable to issue refunds for any payments made via cryptocurrency (processed through NOWPayments). This applies regardless of the circumstances, including accidental payments, duplicate charges, or unused subscription periods.
Cryptocurrency subscriptions do not include a free trial period. Please ensure you wish to proceed before completing a crypto payment. If you have concerns before subscribing, contact us at contact@doji.works.
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or where a refund was already issued for a previous billing period on the same account.
